December 8, 2009: OTO Development, LLC announces the opening of the company’s twenty-fifth property. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Thousand Oaks, CA opened on November 19, 2009, making it OTO’s fourteenth opening in 2009 and twenty-fifth property in the company’s current portfolio. Joshua Lugan is General Manager for the hotel, located at 510 North Ventu Park Road in Thousand Oaks.
Since the company’s founding in 2004, OTO Development, LLC has developed and opened over thirty-five select service hotels, with twenty-five in the current portfolio. The company has operations or sites in nine states, partnering with brands from leading hotel companies such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Starwood. OTO has eight additional locations under construction, with openings scheduled for 2009 – 2011.
