Comfort Inn Marietta, Ohio sold

Marietta, OH – Mumford Company was pleased to, once again, represent affiliates of CW Capital in the sale of the Comfort Inn of Marietta, Ohio. The purchaser, Shiv Hotels, Inc., is a multi-unit operator based in northern Kentucky. Shiv plans to make renovations to the hotel and operate it as part of the Comfort Inn brand for 5 years before converting to the Quality Inn brand.

The 120 room property boasts 6,000 square feet of meeting space as well as an on site leased restaurant. Located near the Mid-Ohio Regional airport, on the banks of the Ohio and Muskingum River the property is easily accessed off Interstate 77 and sits in the heart of the Marietta Commercial district and 1 mile from the historic downtown.
