Hotel Equities to manage Holiday Inn Express in Dayton, Tenn.

Atlanta, GA– Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently acquired the management contract for the 66-room Holiday Inn Express hotel at 2650 Rhea County Hwy. in Dayton, Tennessee. Dayton is a new market in a new state for Hotel Equities. The three-story hotel opened in 2006. It is the first Holiday Inn Express brand in Hotel Equities’ portfolio of 47 hotels in nine states.

The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, a business center with free wireless Internet, and two meeting rooms with space for up to 65 people.

A complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning in the breakfast room off the lobby. The hotel also features a convenience store with snacks, sundries and other essentials for the traveler.
