The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, in Galloway Township, finalized its purchase of the Seaview Resort for $20 million. Dolce Hotels and Resorts will continue to operate the property, and the college is planning numerous upgrades.

US firms NEF & JM Associates and Adache Architects are leading the rebuilding of Port-Au-Prince's Hotel Villa St. Louis, which was destroyed in January's earthquake.

The top-to-bottom renovation has dramatically enhanced the hotel's interior, guestrooms and meeting space with modern furnishings, rich color schemes and cool textures. This is the property's first significant renovation since 1998.
