The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, in Galloway Township, finalized its purchase of the Seaview Resort for $20 million. Dolce Hotels and Resorts will continue to operate the property, and the college is planning numerous upgrades.

The ibis Hermosillo is the eighth ibis in Mexico. Accor also has two Novotel properties open in Mexico.

Hotel Equities manages the 80-room hotel.

The 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Grand Island, Neb., is managed by Younes Hospitality.

New locations are in Washington, Iowa, South Carolina, Georgia and New Brunswick, Canada.

The hotel has 279 guestrooms, all recently renovated, as well as 12,500 square feet of upscale meeting rooms, banquet halls and event space.

The property will be owned and managed by CMC Hotels of Cary, NC.

New hotels in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Quail Springs, Okla. and the Chinese cities of Taicang and Lianyungang mean that Four Points now operates more than 150 properties in 24 countries.

The Las Vegas hotel, set to open in December, will be the brand's largest property as well as its first casino resort. In addition, as part of the Marriott family, The Cosmopolitan will also be featured as a partner hotel on The Ritz-Carlton website.

Mumford Company represented the seller, and the purchaser plans to renovate the 121-room property and reflag it.
